DELIVERY TERMS AND REFUND
Dear customers! Due to limitations and restrictions imposed on the territory of the Russian Federation and due to high demand for shipping companies it may take LONGER for your orders to be delivered!
Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on ATOM CRAFT are delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces.
We ship and deliver our products worldwide. International deliveries shall be effected by the express courier service provided that the order has been paid in full. International delivery takes 5–14 business days.
By ordering above 600 euro or equal amount in other currency – worldwide delivery is FREE.
Shipping for most of Europe and the USA: Delivery is carried out within 2 - 5 days after 100% payment for the order on our website. Delivery within 5-14 days.

Worldwide shipping (other places): Delivery is carried out within 2 - 5 days after 100% payment for the order on our website. Delivery within 10-21 days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during holidays shall be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that, in some countries, courier delivery services may not be available. A notification shall be sent to your postal/email address, informing you that your package has arrived. Therefore, you will need to pick up your package from the nearest post office in your city. If your package has not arrived on time or cannot be tracked online, please contact us by calling us at the phone number +7 (925) 449-59-14 or +1 669 293 70 29.
*Shipping costs do not include any taxes and duties that apply in your country. It means that your shipping costs may increase due to such taxes and duties, depending on the local tax regulations. Before placing your order, please get the latest updates on any monthly limits, local custom duties and the customs clearance process. Delivery to Moscow and Moscow region:
Delivery cost by courier: 500 RUB in Moscow within MKAD, 800 RUB outside MKAD up to 20 km. Picking of orders is carried out during working hours: on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00, on weekends and holidays from 12:00 to 20:00. If you refuse to receive the order, the shipping cost is not refundable.
Delivery to Russia: Delivery cost is 890 RUB (weighing up to 2 kg). Delivery is made by a transport company from 2 to 10 working days. When ordering on Saturday, Sunday and holidays - dispatch is carried out on the next working day.

HOW TO RETURN
We offer a 14-day free return with full refund excluding shipping costs. We recommend that you issue your return within the first 7 days of receiving your order to meet the deadline.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please note that a return can only be issued from the country where the package was delivered, and only by the courier service that delivered it.
Return through a courier service point
You can return the parcel yourself to the courier service point. Then prepare the necessary documents and take the parcel with the goods to the selected point. Show to the officer the confirmation you receive by email and hand over the box and paperwork.
Returns in the US
Depending on the origin of your package, returns in the US can be conveniently dropped off at UPS, FedEx or DHL. For returns above 2500 USD, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Once the return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. If you paid sales tax in the original purchase price, this will also be included in your refund. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our courier using the tracking number on your Returns Label, or you can check the status in My Account under Orders & Returns.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
